Reliable InGaAs Sensor Platform for Industrial SWIR Inspections

The MV3 camera series is designed as a specialized platform for industrial image processing in the short-wave infrared (SWIR) range. Equipped with highly sensitive InGaAs image sensors, the entire series covers the spectral range from 900 to 2600 nm. This technology enables the detection of features that are not detectable in the visible spectrum. By combining global shutter technology with integrated TEC/Peltier technology , the MV3 platform handles demanding sorting and inspection processes in real time at high conveyor speeds.

Continuous sensitivity in the spectral range from 900 to 2600 nm for the non-destructive analysis of moisture, foreign particles, or chemical compositions.

High-Speed Global Shutter

Distortion-free capture of fast inline processes with exposure times in the microsecond range and frame rates of over 300 frames per second.

Temperature Stabilization

Integrated cooling (TEC / Peltier cooler) for precise thermal stabilization of the InGaAs sensor, ensuring a consistently high signal-to-noise ratio.

Comprehensive Multi-ROI

Hardware-based reading of numerous, freely definable regions of interest (ROIs) to specifically reduce the data volume and further optimize cycle time.
