Here’s How the Repair Process Works
- Contact Support: Describe the problem and the conditions under which you are using your camera.
- Analyzing the problem: Our experts will work with you to examine possible causes and determine whether a return is necessary.
- Sending in the camera: If a technical inspection is required, you will receive all the information you need to return the camera, along with the necessary RMA form.
- Inspection & Estimate: The camera will undergo a technical inspection. If repairs will incur a charge, you will be notified in advance.
- Repair, cleaning, or replacement: The necessary service work will be performed.
- Return: The camera will be inspected and returned to you.
